IGS 2025 SPECIAL CALL FOR DEMONSTRATIONS

IGS 2025, on the theme Investigating Human Movements - Handwriting and Beyond, is a special crossroads offering the opportunity to intensify the collaborations of members of the international community in graphonomics.

We propose that IGS 2025 be in this perspective the opportunity to test the latest developments related to the themes of the capture and processing of human movement and writing in the broad sense. 

In addition to the articles already accepted, you are invited to submit any type of contribution related to the theme : Capture, processing & Investigating Human Movements - Handwriting and Beyond. These contributions may take the form of a demonstrator, prototype, or performance that could benefit the community and cooperation. Please submit your proposals by May 28, 2025. 

You will have the opportunity to present your demonstrations, prototypes, and/or artistic creations to the audience of the IGS 2025 conference during the Poster and Demo Session by Night on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.

Procedure for collecting information for the implementation of your proposals.

A document of no more than 2 pages in pdf format specifying the author(s) of the proposed contribution and describing in a synthetic and schematic or visual manner the performance, prototype or demonstrator, as well as the scenario planned for the demonstration as well as the specific material needs (e.g. dimensions, etc.) must be communicated no later than May 28, 2025, 10 a.m. EDT by email to [email protected] 

To make it easier to manage your proposals, the file names accompanying the email should be in the following format: 

DemoIGS25-FirstAuthorName_DemoProjectName.pdf
